Aspen Bark 50g
The woody aspen bark, due to the rich variety of its constituent components, has a mass of beneficial properties. It is rich in tannins, arachidic, behenic, lauric and capric acid, phenolglycosoids, aromatic acids. The raw materials contain resinous substances and mineral salts, carotene and essential oils. In general, the benefits of bark are caused by anti-inflammatory and astringent, diaphoretic and antipyretic, as well as diuretic action. Aspen bark is usually used in the form of decoctions, tinctures on alcohol or boiling water for inflammatory processes of the bladder, rheumatism, gout or problems with the process of urination.
Aspen bark is used for: persistent headaches; anxiety conditions of joint diseases; viral and catarrhal diseases; diseases of the genitourinary system; difficult wounds; diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; metabolic disorders; oncological diseases. Aspen bark improves appetite, relieves fever and pain, removes parasites from the body, is used to treat scurvy, hernia, syphilis, neuralgia, diabetes, toothache, dysentery, sore throat and bronchitis.
From the bark is prepared decoctions, tinctures, ointment and even kvass.
The bark is crushed, filled with water in the ratio 1: 4 and boiled for 30 minutes. Broth is left to infuse for 6 hours. Take 40 grams 4 times a day.
Take the tincture 3 times a day, 20 grams.
Aspen bark extract is used 3 times a day for 20-25 drops.
