Composition:

Active ingredient: zinc oxide (zinc oxide)

Excipient: petrolatum (medical petrolatum).

Indications for use:

Dermatitis, including diaper dermatitis (treatment and prevention), diaper rash, prickly heat; superficial wounds and burns (including sunburn, cuts, scratches), ulcerative lesions of the skin (including trophic ulcers), bedsores; eczema in the acute stage, herpes simplex, streptoderma.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Pharmacodynamics:

Anti-inflammatory agent for external use, has an antiseptic, astringent and drying effect.

When used in children, it helps prevent the appearance of diaper rash, protects against the action of urine and other irritating substances, and softens irritated skin.

Reduces exudation and oozing, which removes the local phenomena of inflammation and irritation.

Symptomatic and protective effect of the drug is determined by zinc oxide. Zinc oxide in combination with a petroleum jelly base creates a physical barrier, forming a protective coating on the skin that reduces the effects of irritants on the affected area and prevents the appearance of a rash.

Pharmacokinetics:
